Payment & Refund policy

Abundance Mobile Notary provides mobile notary, loan signing, and estate document notarization services in Colorado Springs and El Paso County, CO. By scheduling services, you agree to the following Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments. Travel, printing, after-hours, and other agreed-upon fees may apply.

Travel & Convenience Fees

Travel fees cover time, mileage, and scheduling availability and are separate from state-regulated notarial fees. Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route or has arrived at the agreed location.

Printing & Document Fees

If documents are printed before cancellation, printing fees may be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least  2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged applicable travel and preparation fees.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for completed notarial acts, travel already performed, or printing services already completed. Refund requests for other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Abundance Mobile Notary, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.
